A Free Exercise for you to Call in the Energy for the Year Ahead to Help your Soul Shine

Hey Reader,

Do you set yourself an intention for the year ahead?

I'm not talking about new years resolutions or goals that you have to set. I'm talking about calling in the energy that will help you grow. The energy that will support your soul to fulfil it's purpose and to really allow it to shine.

You might see some empowered women who get this calling in a word of the year.

  • Most of us are familiar with the idea of manifesting.
  • Most of us know what we put out comes back to us.
  • Most of us know and focus on what we don't want.

But how often do you think about what you do want and take some time to call in the energy that will support you?

Take this opportunity to connect with your soul and find out what your intuition is telling you to call in.

Setting Your Intention...

Instead of thinking about what this word or name of the energy might be, I encourage you to hold some space and to see what comes to you. Allow your intuition or your soul to guide you.

If doing this for a whole year seems too much then break it down into smaller chunks. Perhaps you can do this for a quarter or a month or even a week. There are no rules on this it is all about what works for you.

If you're not sure how to do this I would suggest that you take a moment to think about it and then ask for the answer to come. Then take yourself off for a small walk in nature. Allow yourself to be present in the moment, taking your focus away from this task and just see what you notice. What comes up for you? It might be a word it might be more of a feeling or it might be a knowing deep down in your bones. Trust it!

I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours :)

This is the first year that I have done this exercise and a word come into my awareness. Not something I chased but something that found me. It did take a few days to arrive, a little nudge from the spirit world.

My word for the year is Discipline. Not something I was hoping for, why couldn't have been something like relaxation! I want that word! bhhahaha, let me know if this is your word and maybe we can trade.... just kidding.

Discipline has already proven to be extremely helpful. It helps me to get out of bed at 5:30am so I can do things that are important to me and allow me to work in different time zones.

To give you some time to call in your word I will wait a few days and then send some other activities that you may like to try to help strengthen the energy you are invoking.

Best of luck calling in your intention or word and when you get it please share it with me!

Sending you so much love on your journey

May you be Happy

May you be Healthy

May you know Love

Hey Reader, One of the most powerful ways to bring our desires into life is to create a vision board. This helps to cement the more subtle energies into a more physical form. So if you have been following along with me then you will have; Your word, intention or feeling for the year. You will also know some of your goals. And if you have neither of these you can always go back to the previous exercises or you can also just start creating from here. Either way is perfectly ok. Here is a vision...

Hey Reader, In my last email I told you that my word for the year was discipline. How did you go discovering your word or intention? Were there any challenges you faced with this task? If I am being completely honest my word even helped me to send this email to you today. One of my goals this year is to get better at connecting to offer inspiration, insights and to get better at sharing my wisdom and gifts to support you on your journey. But honestly this requires me to be disciplined because...

Hey Reader It is winter in Melbourne and if the winter blues are hitting you hard you are not alone, and nothing is wrong with you! It is well known that winter can bring on what is known as SAD (seasonal affective disorder). This is when people whom normally have good mental health throughout the year find themselves exhibiting depressive symptoms. If you are following me on social media you may have seen my posts on winter from a shiatsu perspective. Winter being a time of Yin, associated...
